I met up with Shelby and Lindsey at a friends house. Bless them....the afternoon was SO cold! It was like 40 degrees and incredibly windy. But, these two were such good sports, and we got the cutest pictures! The property was gorgeous, and the light was so perfect! Shelby and Lindsey are precious, and had so much fun together during our session. I cannot wait for their wedding in the fall!
I met Bev several months before their engagement shoot, and I could tell immediately that she was going to be such a joy. She told me a little about she and Gabe, and I could not wait to meet them together. We took engagement photos at the place where Gabe proposed, and also where they will get married in a little over a week!! :) It was such a special place for them.
In just the short time I interacted with them, their love for each other was so obvious. Gabe was so goofy during our session, and you can tell that nobody makes Bev laugh like him! It made them really easy to shoot! :) Bev and Gabe, the countdown is ALMOST over, and I am so excited for your wedding!
I love this couple. They actually got married last month, so I have plenty to update on! I will be blogging their wedding and Ansley's beautiful bridals soon! We took these photos on a beautiful fall day. The best part of the afternoon was that by the time we were done with pictures, Beau comments..."I thought that was going to be awkward, but that was actually really fun!" Score. If I can make the groom feel comfortable, and keep the couple laughing while getting beautiful pictures then I consider it a success! Ansley and Beau, thank y'all for letting me take your engagement photos! It was such a fun afternoon!
I had so much fun with this couple! I have known Hannah for a while, and was SO excited when she contacted me about photographing their wedding and engagement! Hannah is precious, and seeing she and TJ together was so fun. They are so easy going, and just crazy about each other! TJ definitely knows how to make Hannah laugh, and they were easy to photograph because of how comfortable they were! I cannot wait for their wedding in November!! It is coming up so quickly!
Anna Claire and Nate have been together for a while. I was so happy that I got to meet them. I am also even more thrilled that I get to shoot their wedding this weekend! We had so much fun at our shoot. They are such a precious couple and this engagement has been a long time coming! I am so excited for them, and that they get to begin their lives as husband and wife!
I had never met them before our shoot, but it didn't take long to me to see how much they loved each other! They had been living apart, but were in Mobile for a few days and got to take engagement photos! We had so much fun, and the fact that they hadn't seen each other in a while made for an even better shoot! :) Lydia and Christian, I know y'all are happily settling into married life together now, but thank you for letting me take photos for y'all back in December! It was a delight!
It has been so fun taking pictures of this sweet couple. Just recently, I photographed their wedding, and I can't wait to share more from that! But, back in the fall we were able to take engagement photos. It was the most perfect fall afternoon with the most beautiful light! Caleb has been a dear friend since college. He is truly one of Brett and I's best friends. He was in our wedding and Brett had the privilege to stand beside him in his wedding in January. When he told Brett and I about Erika we knew she had to be incredibly special. She is so sweet and we are so thankful for how the Lord has brought them together. We know they have been enjoying their first several months of marriage! I was so happy that they let me take their engagement pictures! It was such a fun day!

Today's engagement session is pretty special! I have known Austin since.......forever. Our families were always around each other when we were growing up. I haven't known Anna quite as long, but they have been together for a long time! They are the most beautiful couple and I had a hard time narrowing pictures down for their post! There were so many sweet ones and obviously they are a stunning couple! We took them at the place where they will say, "I do" in August! We had so much fun and I am so happy with how this turned out!

This couple.....they hold a special place in my heart! :) Judson was Brett's roommate for several years while in college. We have seen Anna and Judson date, fall in love, and get engaged. I even got to take pictures of them getting engaged which was so fun!
They are the most precious couple. They have SO much fun together and you can just see how much Judson adores Anna! I was so happy that they asked me to take their engagement pictures and I am so excited for them to be married!
