he & she (april 2012)

She shot another wedding with Bayleigh M. Photography.

He stayed busy with baseball games. 

They spent a weekend in Atlanta.

She got a nice spring break from school.

They continued to watch their vegetables grow!

She was offered and accepted a new job for next year.

He has been the biggest encourager and supporter for her.

And she is grateful for how he continues to point her towards Christ.

And cannot wait to finally be able to eat some!

They welcomed a new niece into the world.

They celebrated the engagement of Drew and Ash this past weekend!

She is seeing a lot more "they's" in these "he and she" posts!  :) 

he & she (march 2012)

She helped assist her very first wedding with Bayleigh M. Photography

And had a blast doing it!

He was very disciplined and got up early and ran many mornings

She barely blogged at all

He ran his first 10k and first race ever

She took a lot of pictures! 

They were both really busy with work. 

She did a few projects around the house...

He (and jeff) built and planted our garden

And he built a coffee table!

They found out they are having a NIECE in August! 

Sorry for the lack of posting lately....it's not for lack of interesting things to post about but life is just busy! April is sure to bring fun and exciting days! Brett is on spring break and I will be in a couple of weeks! We will be road tripping to Atlanta in a couple of weeks! Mangs and Pudge finally decided on a name for Baby Jacobs!! I don't want to reveal it! I'll let Mangs do that but its precious!! :) This is also the month of Baby Charlotte's arrival!! AHH!! SO SO SO EXCITED!!!

he & she (february 2012)

:.. he and she ..:

He celebrated 23 years of life.

And bought her a new camera... :) haha

She is in love with her camera and really learning a lot.

They celebrated their 4th Valentine's day together.

She is still planning meals and really enjoying being a wife :)

He is still the most encouraging and supportive person for her....

They celebrated a dear friends engagement

And were allowed to share the exciting news of her sister being pregnant! 

She took a lot of pictures

They had their first few house guests

And went and visited her family

She really likes their "he & she" photo this month...   :) 

he & she (january 2012)

:.. he and she ..:

She did a lot of meal planning and cooking

And really loved how organized it made things

He finished up his 8th grade season of basketball and is almost done with varsity

She had one of the hardest months of her life

He was an amazingly understanding, caring, and encouraging husband

She feels pretty blessed to have him. 

They have continued to settle and decorate their house

And feel like it is gradually coming together

They are more aware of God's blessings and grace in their life daily

he & she (december 2011)

:.. he and she ..:

They continued to get settled in their home.

She decorated their home for Christmas.

They picked out their first Christmas tree together

And he attached it to the car :)

She spent some time with her sweet niece

He had a little break from basketball

She had her first Christmas party with her first graders 

They had a much needed break from school

He got to participate in the annual Waffle House Christmas Eve tradition!

They spent their first Christmas as Mr. and Mrs. and their first one together!

She has done this "he and she" project for exactly one year 

And can't wait to see what the next one will hold!

he & she (november 2011)

:.. he and she ..:

She did her first set of incredibly long sub plans

But knew it was all worth it when she was in St. Thomas

He was busy with basketball and school

They finally became husband and wife on November 12th

And had the most perfect day

They went to St. Thomas on their honeymoon

They celebrated their first thanksgiving together

and are now back in their own house trying to settle in!

She has a feeling that now they they are married there will be a lot more "they" than "he and she"

:.. he and she ..:

They have been unbelievably busy this month.

He officially started driving with his drivers ed students....

And hasn't died yet..

So we are thankful! :)

She got a job teaching first grade!

And they couldn't be more thankful!

She is getting into the swing of things 

And loving those babies!

They have had several showers

And are overwhelmed with how people have blessed them!

She had bridal portraits taken!

He finished football season and began basketball season....

They are getting married in 13 days! :)

And are so ready for the day and the week of vacation after!!

St. Thomas, we are coming! :)

P.S. Fail on the picture. We were in photo booth and it was supposed to be 

13 days but it's clearly backwards. So...not 31. Dang.

he & she (september 2011)

:.. he and she ..:

They had a busy September.

And are exhausted....clearly. 

She headed to Buffalo to be a bridesmaid in two very special people's wedding

He is still going strong in the real world and is enjoying his job.

She continued to sub a bit.

He has been a huge encouragement to her. 

They worked on their house.... A LOT.

And are pretty much over the painting....

They finished marriage counseling. 

She had her very first wedding shower.

They were blessed abundantly by friends and family!

They will most likely have an even crazier October.

But are okay with that since it just means the wedding is getting CLOSER!! 

he & she (august 2011)

:.. he and she ..:

She celebrated her 23rd birthday.

He was so sweet that day.

They traveled to Phenix City...

And had such a nice visit..

He bought a car!

They didn't think they should be allowed to do this! ha!

They finalized invitations, boys attire, and cake stuff.

He started his job.

And is adjusting to it and really enjoying it. 

She had a lot of ups and downs.

He was super encouraging.

She subbed a bit.

They are grateful to be seeing the Lord's provision in their lives in every situation.

They started marriage counseling.

They are less than three months from the wedding! Ah!

((p.s. we are not kissing behind this paper...literally, I waited until the 31st to take a he & she picture and we weren't looking too awesome. I think this is cute anyways....haha))

he & she (july 2011)

:.. he and she ..:

He spent some time at home

She has slacked on blogging with a once a week post...

They have just about finished registering

He spent two weeks in Birmingham becoming driver's ed certified

She missed him and is glad that he is back home

She did get a lot of wedding planning done while he was gone...

He is enjoying his last few days of freedom before "big boy world" kicks in

They are getting more and more excited about becoming a family in a few months...

They truly are so thankful to see how the Lord is working out details in His perfect timing

Even when they don't understand :)
