I love getting to do newborn shoots because I get to go into clients homes and do a more lifestyle shoot. Morgan is a friend I have known for a long time, and I knew that this baby girl would be just beautiful! I was so excited when she contacted me in April to take some pictures of her sweet Virginia. She was awake for a good portion of the time, and was so sweet and alert! This little one is now 5 months old, and just adorable! I have loved getting to see pictures of how much she has grown!

NewbornsCommentI cannot say enough about this sweet family. I met Jessica and Brian months earlier when I took some photos for just the two of them. They also let me in on their news that they were expecting this little angel. It was very early on, and I felt so privileged to know! :) Back in April Catherine Grace made her entrance a few weeks early. She was born really close to Easter, and I was so thankful I got to take some precious pictures of her!

I have so much catching up to do, because now this baby is almost a year old! I have had the privilege of taking her pictures for almost a full year! I can't wait to share her 9 month pictures as well, but for now, here are some sweet 6 month shots! It was a freezing cold and windy day, and this little angel rocked it out with tons and tons of smiles! From the minute she got out of the car she turned it on! She is so precious!!

I was so excited to meet sweet Amelia! When I walked into their home it was incredibly hard to believe that her mom had just had a newborn. Her home was incredibly put together, and she looked amazing! Amelia was one of the sweetest newborns. She didn't fuss once and stayed asleep the entire time! It's hard to believe that I just did this girls 6 month photos (which I can't wait to share), but back in December we took some 3 month photos! I met up at their gorgeous home. I love doing shoots at home. It was casual, but so beautiful! Her parents have become sweet friends of ours and it was so fun to take her pictures and watch this little peanut grow! Sarah Lynn is a little ham and was so sweet!

I met Ashley several years ago. She owns one of my favorite little shops in Mobile. I was so honored when she asked me to take pictures of her sweet baby girl! Sometimes I am amazed at how some of the newborns I get to shoot literally look like little dolls! She is so bright-eyed and has the sweetest little face! Rylee is SO beautiful and was so sweet during her shoot!

Yes, insanely enough I am just getting around to blogging some pictures from October and November. Craziness! But, I didn't want to let these beautiful sessions pass without showing you! In October I met up with Stephanie and Andrew. I had taken photos of them before, but was so excited to take maternity pictures! It was the most perfect fall day and Stephanie was literally glowing!
Then, in November, they welcomed their precious son, Bennett. When I did his pictures he was so sweet! He was so content and it was such a fun session!
Also, I was totally amazed with how he held his head up. Umm...hello, my name is Bennett and I am only a few days old!

I have known this sweet family for a long time! Melissa is a good friend and I was even privileged to be at the birth of this sweet baby boy! Ty was such an angel for these two month photos. We did some of him, but mom wanted several of she and Ty. We had a perfect afternoon taking pictures at their home and the place where she and Tyler were married. It has held so many memories for them! I was so happy to take these for you Melissa!

I was so thrilled when Caitlyn asked me to take pictures of this precious little girl! The Waite's are new friends of ours, and they welcomed their little angel towards the end of August! She was a little over a month over when we took these and was a little fussy, but we were able to get some precious shots! P.S. This momma is an interior decorator....their house, her nursery.....nothing short of amazing! So beautiful!!

Baby Sullivan

We have been through a whole lot together, and I cannot believe that she is now a mom of two! Sweet Sullivan was born early in September. He was the most perfect angel during the entire shoot! We moved him all around and he never fussed at all! Big sister Caroline was also very well-behaved! She is such a great big sister! Sullivan is such a great addition to this sweet family!
Today also happens to be a very special day.......It is his sweet mommy's birthday! Happy Birthday Katherine!! Love you dearly!
